Angel Donors In The Outfield Champion Season #1

We’ve got great news to update you on! Thanks to an incredibly gracious donor, we are entering a #donationmatch period! All donations from April 1st to April 18th, starting at the “Kush Kweens” level ($100) and above will be matched up to a total of $15,000! 

This match happened at a clutch time during our campaign, as we work hard to raise 65K. After Kickstarter highlighted us as a “Project We Love”, this donation match is another HUGE vote of confidence for our team. The impact of this matching period has been felt. We were able to break through 24K and we are trending up! 24K magic in the aiiiirrrr!

We always knew that there were an audience and a community that would rally with us so we could tell the stories of Jade, Gloria, Nova, and Tati. Our journey began in 2017 when we set out to create a web series to approach filmmaking and storytelling in an inclusive and holistic way. We self-funded the filming of our teasers and a pilot all under $1.5k. We went the D-I-Y route and we were able to achieve so much with so little, so the possibilities are great and even more attainable because we have this match & this fiscal endorsement.

Being championed through this match is affirming to our creative team, our values, and the possibilities of how stories about marginalized communities are mode.
